It’s weird to say an ice bath helped me with structure, but it has. I use it first thing every morning 3 minutes at 4 degrees. It’s helped with energy, sleep, and I’m actually handling stress better at work.
Bonus: my partner was skeptical, but now she’s using it after runs and raves about how much better her legs feel. Legit one of the best purchases we’ve made for our home.

Had to wait a while but no ice no mess just plug it in and go. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for and cant beat 2 year warranty peace of mind. Great value.

Was worried it wouldn’t stay cold once it got hotter but it hits 3 degrees on 40 degree days no problem. Hasn’t skipped a beat.

Was tossing up between this and a cheaper one but glad I paid the bit extra. It actually works. Also surprised myself and hit 5 minutes at 7 degrees. Maybe not much but felt so good afterward.
